We realized right away that our family isn’t the only one involved in our business, but also our employees families. We truly want our employees lives to be enriched by working here. As much as we love solar, there is more to life then solar systems. Of course life has financial realities that must be met and we pay our employees a competitive salary. We work hard for our customers but occasionally we know we need to play too. So we try to plan a fun event for our employees a few times a year. Some of the highlights have been a snowmobiling trip in the White Mountains of NH, and deep sea fishing off the coast of Maine where we caught several blue sharks and everyone had a great time.
